“Qui, qui, monsieur!” You know, I’ve often wondered why girls wearing hats is so hot…from baseball caps with their ponytails going through the hole in the back or when they wear those fashionable cabby hats with the puffy tops…and I’ve never figured it out…maybe it’s because we like to envision them with only the hats on! Heehee…well, this young French cutie impresses me too with her blue piece of headgear…it seems to bring out her lips more, doesn’t it? And, yes, I mean the lips on her face!
